- Handling Domestic/international calls (Non Sales/Non-Technical)
- Follow up with insurance companies to understand status of claim (unpaid/paid
- Medical billing)
- Make necessary corrections to the claim/medical bill.
- Re-file the corrected claim/medical bill to the insurance company.
- Make calls to payers to take status of claim and pursue them to ensure money is paid.
- Answering patients billing questions.
- Handling collections on unpaid medical bill.
- Desired Profile candidates :
- The candidate should able to handle client calls and possess performance oriented attitude.
- Willing to work in Night Shift.
- The candidate should have sound knowledge of MS-Word, MS- Excel.
- The candidate should have excellent communication skills and very good analytical skills
